Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance to graduates of Washington public high schools.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must meet maximum household income requirements and be entering their freshman year of college. Academic performance and community service are also considered.
Target applicant: High school students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $1,000-$2,000.
