Purpose of award: To provide a financial incentive for economically disadvantaged students to consider attending college.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have graduated from a Virginia high school with at least a 2.5 GPA, and they must be enrolled full-time in a two-year or four-year college in the state. Students must be classified as dependents. Preference will be given to students with the greatest financial need.
