Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students who share the ideals of the Rev. Vincent L. Hawkinson, a leader of Grace University Lutheran Church for more than 30 years.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must advocate peace, reside in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota. South Dakota or Wisconsin and attend an interview in Minneapolis and fall awards ceremony.
