Purpose of award: To aid West Virginia students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be residents of West Virginia who are full-time students, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, have a minimum ACT score of 20, be of good moral character and demonstrate significant financial need.

Minimum GPA: 2.5
Amount: $1,000.
Number of awards: 114. Scholarship may be renewable.
