Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance to low-income students attending institutions in the Oklahoma State system.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be Oklahoma residents who are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an Oklahoma State System institution. They must also meet low-income criteria.
