Purpose of award: To award undergraduate students for excellence in experimental biology research.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be enrolled as an undergraduate at time of application and at time of meeting. Students must be first authors of the abstract and must be working with an APS member who will confirm the authorship. Applicants must submit a one-page paper discussing research and career plans and an abstract to be reviewed by a committee at the annual Experimental Biology meeting.
