Purpose of award: To reward students and parents for movie knowledge.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be high school or college students or their parents and complete the free online registration. The contest is based on a series of short multiple choice quizzes about a movie. Participants receive 500 points for each correct answer and lose one point for each second taken to finish a question. The top 25 percent of the highest scoring students in the first quiz will be automatically entered into a second quiz round. The highest scoring student at the end of the second quiz wins the scholarship.
